Regeneration

We will recommend a regenerative procedure if we find that the bone supporting your teeth has been destroyed due to periodontal disease. This is a treatment that can help regenerate lost bone and tissue to support your teeth. The procedure requires us remove the disease-causing bacteria. To encourage the body's natural ability to rebuild bone and tissue we utilize membranes, calcium grafts or tissue-stimulating proteins.  Once the bacteria has been eliminated the regeneration process of the bone and tissue helps to reduce pocket depth and repair damage caused by the periodontal disease.

We want to ensure that all of our patients maintain their teeth and prevent diseases from affecting them again by practicing regular oral hygiene and professional maintenance care. This will help to ensure you increase the chances of keeping your natural teeth and reduce chances of other health problems associated with periodontal disease.
